Over many years of project and consulting practice, I've seen the same pattern again and again: individual initiatives that cost a lot of energy and still don't lead to the desired success – because systemic thinking is missing. Projects that could actually support each other end up getting in each other's way. Especially in large organizations, department A often doesn't know what department B is currently working on – so the same work sometimes gets done twice from scratch.
Just as often, I've seen what's been achieved collapse again as soon as the one person carrying it leaves – because nothing was structurally secured. These experiences shape how I work: results anchored in the system, not just in people's heads.
